We read your accounting records directly

TERRALEKHA connects to your accounting software and extracts emission-relevant entries — electricity, fuel, freight, raw material purchases. No manual input. No re-keying. What you have already entered is the source.

We calculate using certified Indian factors

Your activity data is processed against India-specific certified emission factors for each category — grid electricity, fuels, and process emissions. The result is your embedded carbon intensity in tCO₂e per tonne of production.

Your PassPort is generated and verified

A tamper-evident PDF is produced, co-signed by an accredited third-party verifier, and sealed with a cryptographic record. A QR code on the document allows EU customs to verify authenticity in real time.

01 Tamper-evident seal. Any change to the PassPort after issuance invalidates the cryptographic record — the document cannot be altered without detection.
02 Accredited verifier co-signature. Every PassPort is reviewed and co-signed by a third-party verifier accredited under ISO 14065:2020 — the standard EU customs recognises.
03 All CBAM Annex IV fields. CN code, production route, installation address, embedded intensity, carbon price paid — every mandatory field, correctly structured.
04 Live QR verification. The QR code resolves to a live verification endpoint — accessible to EU customs, your buyer, and the CBAM Registry, at any time.
